Front Office Manager

We are currently looking for a talented Front Office Manager to join our growing team.
This is an ideal role for someone with extensive experience in the hotel industry within the Front Office Department.
In the role of Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Front Desk while liaising with the General Manager and Heads of Departments to ensure the high standards of customer care for all our guests are met.
We expect that the successful candidate will be able to manage and coordinate all day-to-day efficient running of Front Office with a focus on training and development of new Crew.
You should be capable of working on your own initiative, be able to work within a team and be passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests.
