Client Administrator Are you an organised, customer-focused professional seeking a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment?
Our client, are currently recruiting for a Client Administrator to join their team.
This role offers an opportunity to provide top-tier customer service to a diverse range of clients while handling key administrative responsibilities.
Role Overview As a Client Administrator, you will deliver exceptional customer service and efficiently manage client accounts.
This role involves processing transactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring seamless account management.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing a high volume of queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Distribute prize money from various sources on a monthly basis.
Process cash receipts and journals for client accounts daily.
Manage third-party invoice payments through online banking.
Update and maintain accurate client account records and general administration tasks.
Assist with credit control for overdue accounts and quarterly forfeit list preparation.
Support non-payers' foal levy processing and collaborate with the industry services team.
Conduct reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and holding accounts, as required.
Perform weekly audits on journals to ensure accuracy.
Contribute to team projects Take on additional duties and ad hoc projects as needed.
Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Professional phone manner with excellent written communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Quick to learn new systems and processes.
Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
