Office Administrator Location: Mullingar Employment Type: Full-time This is a full-time, office-based Job Summary Our client, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator with at least five years of relevant experience to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will provide critical day-to-day administrative support, working closely alongside the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director (MD) to ensure the smooth operation of office functions and schedules.
Your expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, will be essential in managing tasks efficiently and professionally.
Tasks & Duties Perform daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries via phone and email.
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Handle correspondence and ensure timely communication Manage and execute day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and data entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain and organise office systems and ensure a tidy working environment Work closely with the PA to provide seamless support to the MD.
Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure the availability of office supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary.
Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as requested by management or team members.
Provide flexible support to address immediate or unexpected needs within the office.
Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum 5 years in an administrative or office management role.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
Interpersonal Skills: Collaborative and approachable, able to build strong working relationships.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in administrative tasks and document preparation.
