EY has a wide range of opportunities in the newly established FSO People Advisory Services Team for experienced personnel at a variety of organisational levels (Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager).
Your Key Responsibilities: Joining the FSO People Advisory Services Team in EY will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes across EMEIA. You'll be working with the best people on the most complex people-centred financial service issues, helping to shape the future of financial services. Our team, in partnership with our clients, seeks to ensure the long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation programmes.

We have a number of exciting, client-facing roles (Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, Director) for individuals with demonstrable consulting experience in the following areas:
Operational Model and Organisational DesignFuture of WorkChange ExperienceTraining and Learning ServicesTalent and LeadershipCultureCommunicationsHR TransformationMergers & AcquisitionsTo qualify for the role, you must have: Be degree qualified and have relevant people advisory professional experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a Financial Services Organisation i.e. banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors etc.Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise.Be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.Be pragmatic and resilient - taking a practical approach to solving issues and focused on achieving.Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.Be focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.Be experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.For Manager+ positions you must have a minimum of 2 years managerial experience and demonstrable experience structuring and managing projects or programmes of work which meet client expectations and mitigate any risks or issues.
