We are currently recruiting for a Barista for Arthur Cox in Arthur Cox Location: Arthur Cox Rate of pay: €14.00 per hour Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday only, No weekennds or bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities: Making different types of coffees in a fast paced environment Provide an exceptional customer experience Strong knowledge of drinks  Strong knowledge of both the drinks menu and food menu Experience with till work Flexibility and a hands-on attitude Keeping the bar area clean Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator Maintaining stock of clean mugs  Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs Supporting the Restaurant during peak meal periods Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards Complying with Health & Safety regulations Our ideal Barista will: Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships Have previous experience in customer service Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers Have Hands-on experience with brewing equipment Possess the ability to work under pressure Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability What's in it for you?
