Fundraising Assistant - Contract c. €15 + per hour DOE - paid weekly Mon - Fri / 9am-5pm South City - close to Dublin 6 - Office based Commence October / 6 month contract Main Responsibilities: Support for fundraising events and community fundraising to include; Supporting the fundraising events coordinators Providing support for upcoming events Helping to prepare and issue packs for upcoming campaigns Assisting with stock management Printing and issuing mail-outs Providing telephone support, answering call and queries Updating and extracting information from our database General administrative support of the fundraising team as required SKILLS: Team player who likes helping others and motivated to work within charity sector to include; Competent user of MS Office with experience using databases Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills Self-motivated and able to multi-task Team player and a people person Interest in charity sector and motivated to help others Previous experience within charity sector and fundraising *NB: All applicant's CVS will be reviewed and should your skillset match our client's requirements, we will contact you via email / mobile.
