General Operative (Track Workers)

Flexsource are currently recruiting for General Operatives.
The role will primarily focus on Raceday support, as well as repair of the ground in the days immediately after a fixture.
You will assist in ensuring the presentation of a safe racing surface, jumps, and ancillary features such as stables and parade rings.
This employment is on a casual basis and opportunities are as required.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the racing surface and associated areasPerform ground repair involving replacement of divots and filling holes with soil/sand mixturesAssist in the presentation of jumps, rails, stables and general groundsPerform other necessary duties as assignedKey Requirements:Manual HandlingExperience not essential but preferredA can-do attitude, and the ability to work reliably as part of a dedicated teamRates of Pay:€13.50 – €20.10 p/h
