As a Content Moderator, you will be: Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.Enforcing clients' Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.I am looking for these skills in you: Familiarity with online content.A team player.Attention to detail.Motivation and ambition.Language skills: Fluent in German (minimum C1 level!
)Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level)Location: Dublin 3 or Dublin 18 - this is an in-office job - Monday-Friday
Salary: 32.000€ per year
