Day to Day Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the German-speaking markets.Identify, attract, and engage top talent using various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events. Conduct proactive searches for both active and passive candidates.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles in the German-speaking regions to meet the future hiring needs of the business.Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates. Assess candidates for cultural add, technical skills, and career aspirations.What are we looking for: Excellent level of written and spoken German language skills.Minimum of 1 year experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on hiring for German-speaking regions.Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and headhunting.What's in for you: Salary: Base 35,000 + commission (Uncapped).Full-time, permanent contract.Health and dental insurance.28 days increasing holiday entitlement.Weekly competitions and prizes.Fantastic company and team events.International networking opportunities.Interested?
