This role will be based on-site in Donabate.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Coordinate construction design team meetings, record minutes and follow up with team to ensure action is taken Coordinate design work with consultants and specialist subcontractors; facilitate workshops to agree/establish timelines Coordinate design information with the procurement programme, ensure design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales Provide input into the preparation of the project programme Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements, company standards and procedures, industry codes and standards, utility company requirements and client criteria Prepare weekly and monthly look aheads in conjunction with the team Track progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones through coordination with all trades Requirements Experience working in a design coordination/administration position, or similar, within the construction industry Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
