As Global Head of Benefits, you'll oversee and manage our global benefits strategy. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the competitiveness and effectiveness of our benefits programs, including pensions, risk benefits, well-being initiatives, life assurance, market benchmarking, costing, and total reward reviews. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global benefits management, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and create a positive impact across diverse regions.
What You'll Do: Develop and deliver comprehensive global benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.Oversee pension auto-enrolment in ROI and manage UK and ROI benefits, including pensions, cars, and health insurance.Design and implement well-being initiatives and manage global life assurance programs.Partner with key teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of benefits programs and provide support on benefits-related matters.Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards and implement appropriate governance structures.Conduct market benchmarking to keep benefits competitive and evaluate the financial aspects of benefits programs, including budgeting and cost analysis.What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certification.Minimum of 7 years of experience in global benefits management, with a working background in pensions (DB and DC) and risk benefits.Good mix of hands-on, operational, and design/strategy experience.Proven consultative skills and highly effective in communicating clearly and persuasively with the ability to influence at all levels in a complex environment.Strong project management skills.Proven experience in market benchmarking, costing, and total reward reviews.Strong financial acumen and experience managing benefits budgets.Ready?
