Tines is seeking a People Program professional to elevate an already high-performing global People team, establishing Tines as a standout organisation recognised for exceptional talent that others aspire to emulate.
The Global People Program Manager will design, implement, and oversee key company-wide people programs that align with the organisation's strategic priorities.
This role involves collaborating across multiple internal teams to create and drive initiatives through the full employee life cycle from employee branding, candidate management through to talent management, employee development and performance. The Program Manager will ensure that people programs, systems and projects are effective, scalable, and positively impact employee experience and engagement.

This role is a hybrid role and reports to the Global Head of People who is based in Ireland.
What you will be doing: Develop and manage global people programs that support company goals.Partner with the HRBP function to roll out projects and processes that improve the effectiveness of the function.Collaborate with HR, Recruiting and Administration teams and business leaders to align programs with organisational needs.Measure and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven improvements.Drive communication and change management strategies to ensure successful program adoption.Stay informed on best practices and trends in people program management.What you bring with you: Experience in people-related operation roles.Experience working across People programs, with a sound understanding of HR principles and best practices.A background in consulting on multiple varied people projects.Experience in scaling a multinational B2B SaaS company from 100+ to 1000+ employees.Proven track record of project management in a scaling company.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders and driving cross-collaborative plans.Strong communicator, able to develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and use these to influence outcomes.Naturally curious and enjoys working across a broad range of subjects, quickly gaining the knowledge you need to be effective.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Proven ability to prioritise tasks and to organise workload.A global mindset and experience working across multiple regions.At Tines, we're all about trying new things and taking the leap.
