We are currently recruiting a part timeGolf Course & Estate Administratorto join our team at Carton House.
Summary of Responsibilities: Provide HR & general administration support to the Golf Course and Estate Management team.
Prepare and track purchase orders, check and match invoices with POs and sign off with General Accounts Department.
Assist with budget preparation by collating expenditure records.
Monitor and print Payroll Reports from Alkimii for Resort Superintendent.
Update and organise H&S training & records for Greenkeeping Department.
Minute Department and H&S meetings.
Tracks and issues uniform to staff.
Co-ordinate and administer environmental and sustainability activities and programmes.
Complete assorted and varied administration jobs as needed.
Key Requirements: 2-3 years previous experience in similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages essential Ability to operate within a highly pressurised and fast paced environment and work on your own initiative Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach Excellent planning, organisation and co-ordination skills Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
Previous experience or understanding of golf/greenkeeping operations an advantage.
