Location of Post HSE Dublin & South East IHA Waterford/Wexford There is currently 1 permanent whole-time vacancy available in Waterford Civil Registration Office, Community Care, Cork Road, Waterford.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign for Grade V (Senior Registrar) from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled in the area of IHA Waterford/Wexford only. Details of Service The Civil Registration Service is a statutory service, delivered by the Health Service Executive (HSE) throughout the state, via eight Registration Area.

The service is responsible for the registration of life events (Births, Still Births, Marriages and Deaths).
The receipt of the serving of notice of intention to marry and the solemnisation of civil marriages, as well as the issuing of certificates from the relevant Registers of Life Events and all related duties and functions in respect of such matters, as laid down in the relevant legislation.

The South Eastern Registration Area, is responsible for the delivery of the Civil Registration Service in the Counties of Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny and South Tipperary.
This is done via offices of this service based in each of those three counties.
