About the RoleWe are currently seeking a Graduate QA Engineer to join our team!

As a Manual QA Engineer Graduate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of software products throughout the development lifecycle.
You will work closely with the Product Management and Development teams to understand requirements, define test plans, and execute testing processes.
Your contributions will be essential in delivering robust software solutions.

This is a hybrid role which requires you to be in our Dublin office two days a week.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform manual testing across a variety of projects to ensure high-quality software releases.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Development, and UI/UX designers.Manage software releases, including planning and executing test plans for new features and products.Create comprehensive test reports to document testing processes and outcomes.Expand expertise in tools such as JIRA, Qase, DataDog, and VS Code to enhance testing capabilities.Research and evaluate new technologies, conducting hands-on evaluations and proof of concepts.Debug, log, and document issues discovered during testing, providing proactive solutions.Contribute to high-quality documentation for testing processes and software releases. Your Experience and QualificationsDegree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.Strong motivation and attention to detail.Experience in software testing or a similar role (preferred).Strong communication and analytical skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and regression testing.Solid understanding of SDLC.Enthusiastic about adopting new software tools and technologies to stay current with industry trends.Capable of working independently with strong self-direction and motivation.Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving skills to overcome testing challenges.Possesses excellent communication skills and effective time management abilities.Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment, especially under tight deadlines.Strong technical research skills to evaluate new tools and technologies.Proactive in providing solutions and collaborating with software engineers and product teams.Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality documentation.Experience in handling system issues, including debugging and bug documentation. LocationDublin, Ireland (Hybrid - 2 days office attendance).
