Lex Consultancy is excited to partner with a well-established professional services firm to hire an experiencedGraduate Talent & Programme Managerwith a background in HR.
This person will beinvolved in the end to end graduate recruitment and student programmeprocess to ensure an impeccable candidate experience.
This permanent position offers the chance to join a dynamic, successful and collaborative team based in Dublin 2.
This position is based on a hybrid working structure 2 days onsite, offering competitive salary & benefits.

Key responsibilities of the Graduate Talent & Programme Manager: Build strong and impactful relationships with students and internal team Support trainees through their journey, ensuring their professional growth Drive the employer brand throughout all graduate and student activity Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns throughout the year Represent organisation at graduate recruitment careers fairs, talks and other events during the year across the Republic of Ireland Use feedback to enhance early talent programmes Key skills of the Graduate Talent & Programme Manager: The ideal candidate will a have minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role Degree in business, HR or similar discipline beneficial Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in early careers / graduate recruitment essential If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the minimum requirements please submit your CV to Joy Russell at Lex Consultancy today.
