The successful Engineer will be given a clear career path develop from a Junior Mechanical Engineer to project Engineer on some of the largest projects in Ireland and abroad.Role:Assisting Mechanical Engineers in all work relating to the safe and timely completion of projects Completing RFI's and general admin to keep project documentation up to dateSupporting Mechanical Engineers in all design aspects in respect to the specific requirements for the projectAttend project meetingsProvide technical assistanceRequirements: Degree Mechanical Engineering or similar disciplineWork experience within a M&E is beneficialDesign experience using Solidworks and Revit a distinct advantageApplicants must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland Role: Graduate Safety OfficerLocation: Cork and DublinRoleConstruction background or experience is an advantage but not essentialPossess good communication skillsThe candidate will support the MSL site HSE manager in promoting the health and safety culture throughout the projectWill work to implement MSL Health, safety & Environmental management systemsAssisting the project management team Requirements:Health & Safety or Environmental QualificationPossess good IT skills, Microsoft, word, excel etc Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor Location: Dublin and Cork Role:Involvement in all phases of the project, including tender documentation, cost management, contractor performance assessment, and procurement.Administer Sub-Contract orders from award to final accountIdentify, Analyse and report on trends within the Business & ProjectsAttend and provide input to relevant customer/client commercial meetingsEnsure compliance with Contract Programme /Schedule and provide weekly reports to construction team on planned versus actual progressReview all incoming correspondence from Employers, Design Team, and /or subcontractor to identify Contractually critical items and to initiate replies.Create a procurement schedule for the projectConduct periodic review of works to identify appropriate cost saving measuresRequirements:Relevant DegreeGood communication skills and proven record in taking Tenders from Pricing through to final client award Key SkillsMicrosoft ExcelTime ManagementCommunicationAbility to work in a team environment but also able to work independently to close out Final Accounts
