Our client, a well-known multinational company, is recruiting a Group Accounts Payable Manager to their Dublin team. Operating across Ireland, UK and Europe, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company who is involved in projects with leading pharmaceutical, sports, retail, tech and financial services companies. The successful candidate will join and lead an established team at a time of exciting evolution and, with full buy-in and support from senior financial stakeholders, will play an integral part in process improvement and implementation.
ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end AP process, providing guidance, support and training to the AP teamReview current procedures and develop/implement measures to ensure accuracy and efficiencyWork closely with suppliers and internal stakeholder to resolve payment-related queries or issuesMaintain and monitor AP KPIs, identifying and developing areas for improvementCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth approval and payment processes are in placeInvolvement in audits by providing required documentation and support to auditorsRequirements3+ years experience managing multiple AP teams including senior team members at supervisory/managerial levelPrevious experience reviewing, improving and implementing AP processes/procedures/systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teamsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailDue to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
