Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise profitability and support growth.
Deliver financial analysis on projects and market opportunities to maximise ROI and inform key business decisions.
Build and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and risk while ensuring the robustness of financial controls Experience: Proven expertise as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role, ideally in property development or construction.
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification Skilled in financial modelling, forecasting, and problem-solving.
