In this role as a Hard Services and Energy Manager, you will be responsible for managing facilities maintenance and energy services as part of one of our prestigious contracts in the education sector.
Leading a diverse team, you will oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, and ensure the successful delivery of technical services, including HVAC, electrical systems, and energy management strategies.

What you'll do: Manage planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.Oversee health and safety policies, ensuring site safety and compliance with legislation.Lead the on-site technical team, providing mentorship and ensuring operational excellence.Take ownership of energy management, including monitoring, reporting, and implementing strategies for energy efficiency.Ensure that records are maintained accurately for audits and client reviews.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure seamless service delivery.Develop and monitor financial activities related to facilities management services.What you bring: Engineering degree or equivalent experience in building services or energy management.Extensive knowledge of HVAC, BMS, mechanical and electrical systems.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing diverse teams.Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and process management.Ability to develop and implement energy management strategies.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.What we offer: Working with Sodexo means being part of something greater.
