About the Role: As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge hardware solutions while integrating software and hardware components for innovative product development.
This position requires frequent collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers in China, making Mandarin language skills essential.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead design and development of body-worn cameras and accessories, ensuring high-quality output.
Oversee prototype testing and refinement, meeting rigorous product standards.
Maintain technical documentation (designs, specifications, BOM).
Ensure compliance with industry standards and collaborate with suppliers for quality control.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align hardware with product goals.
About You: Strong background in hardware design, including video, audio, power, and wireless.
Knowledgeable in compliance, safety, and reliability testing.
Proven team management skills with a focus on innovation.
Mandarin fluency to work closely with suppliers.
Skilled in handling multiple projects with quality and timely delivery.
