A leading Dublin based not-for-profit organisation require a Qualified Accountant to join their Head Office team Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the complete finance function for this small organisation, from transaction processing to final accounts Key Tasks will include: Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports Assisting the CEO with the preparation of the annual budget Preparation of financial accounts and statutory returns Preparation of financial reports for Senior Management Cash Flow forecasting Preparation of the year-end audit file and managing the audit process Preparation of payroll Management of Pension & Health Insurance schemes Working closely with the Company Secretary Preparation of financial reports for Senior Management This role will suit a Qualified Accountant with 2 years + pqe, looking to progress to the next level, or a more experienced Accountant looking to work in this sector, you must have good accounts preparation experience Salary €65K-€70K Benefits include: Pension, 23 days annual leave, 37.5 hr working week, professional membership fees paid, very pleasant and supportive working environment If you would like to be considered for this position, please forward your CV to Lorraine Darcy to review, who will then contact you to discuss the role further Hays Ireland is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment (Ireland) Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
