This role is integral to maintaining high standards of taste and presentation, while also contributing to a supportive and efficient kitchen environment.In this role, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef, General Manager, and the kitchen team to ensure the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.

• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, ordering, and stock taking.
• Oversee the delivery of quality food and effective kitchen management.
• Conduct continuous training and development for kitchen staff, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness in line with company procedures.What you bring:• Proven experience in a Head Chef role or similar culinary leadership position.• Strong understanding of food hygiene standards and safety regulations.
• Experience in managing kitchen operations, including budgeting and stock control.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on staff development and training.
