About the roleKey Responsibilities: Kitchen Leadership: Supervise and manage all kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of performance and morale.Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to design and update menus that reflect current culinary trends and seasonal ingredients.Quality Control: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all dishes to ensure they meet our standards.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely ordering of ingredients and supplies.
