The ideal candidate should have expertise in paint application techniques, an understanding of different coating materials, and the ability to work efficiently within a production environment. ?Responsibilities & Expectations: Apply wet paint finishes to products according to specified requirements. Utilize spray guns and other painting equipment to achieve desired coating thickness and texture. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applyingappropriate primersas needed. Inspect surfaces for defects and ensure proper surface quality before applying paint. Mix and match paintcoloursto achieve the desired finish as per product specifications. Maintainaccuraterecords of paint mixes for consistency. Conduct visual inspections to ensure the quality of painted surfaces meets company standards. Identifyand rectify any defects or irregularities in the painting process. Perform regular maintenance on painting equipment to ensure proper functionality. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the maintenance department. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while handling paints and related materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment. ? Desirable Criteria Minimum 1 years experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer or similar role. Knowledge of different paint types, application techniques, and mixing ratios. Ability to read and interpret product specifications and work orders. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes. Strong communicationskills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ?
