As our Head of Finance and Subscription Systems, you will lead a team of system administrators, architects, and technical program managers to work together and build our next generation lead to cash ecosystem within the System team.
You will help drive the relationship between our Finance and Subscription Systems team and business stakeholders, mentoring, coaching, and guiding the team to a united goal.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do Strategy: You will help define, plan, and execute the optimization of our lead to cash ecosystem, focusing on Financial and Subscription enablement systems. Leadership: You will work with our business stakeholders to align our teams to our core objectives, ensuring we continue to strive towards the same end objectives as partners. Management: You will lead our Finance and Subscriptions enablement systems team, delivering on our lead to cash vision, mentoring, coaching, and guiding the team to successful outcomes. Delivery: You will lead through example, rolling up your sleeves to plan, execute, deliver, and support our programs and projects building our next generation lead to cash ecosystem. Role Requirements: What you need to succeed 8+ years of experience leading, hiring, and growing a high performing team of system administrators, architects, and technical program managers. 10+ years of running large scale multiphased programs. 5+ years of experience managing leads/managers. Experience operating within and preferably leading Agile Scrum teams. Proven leader - building, managing, and prioritizing technical feature backlogs and road maps. Experienced and adept at working with business stakeholders, guiding them to common goals. Experience with Workday ERP platform required.
