Head Of Finance- D4/Hybrid

My client based in Dublin 4 has an immediate requirement for a Head of Finance.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven finance professional to make their mark.
Key tasks include:Partner with Executive Management Team to provide high level financial insight and support.Ensure accurate and timely monthly management accounts and reports are prepared and filed to EMEA set timelines.Partner with Heads of Department, providing comprehensive management information to enable improved performance and growth.Develop and continuously review appropriate reports.Prepare the annual budget and review on a quarterly basis providing updated forecasts to UK/US.Identify, implement, and champion initiatives to deliver process efficiencies.Manage all financial reporting including annual Company Audit, Pension Audit and PSRA Audit, Taxation and Statutory regulatory requirements.Lead, motivate and coach all members of the Finance Team.The ideal candidate will be:Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA.5 years PQE.Stakeholder management skills.Contact Natasha today on 015005987 to hear more.
