What we are looking for The role is a Senior Management role within Business Support and Operations in Amundi Ireland.
The Portfolio Control and Reporting function is comprised of a number of Global Operations teams incorporating areas such as Client Expertise Reporting, Client Regulatory Reporting and Portfolio Administration.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of managing a variety of different teams across a diverse range of activities.
What you will be responsible for: Strategic Management of 4 experienced teams incorporating 35 people.Management – Support and empower direct reports to help them build effective and motivated teams, optimizing individual and team performance.Team Development - Encourage continuous development of the teams with yearly assessments, trainings and mid-term evaluations.
Build on the quality of the team through training and coaching.Business Development - Work with key stakeholders, IT and business functions on enhancements and business development projects.Internal Networks - Build relationships with key stakeholders, understanding key requirements and manage expectations to ensure consistent, high quality delivery and timely output.Strategic Projects – Partner with colleagues across multiple locations to achieve the strategic objectives of the Global BSO function and Amundi.Controls and KPI's – ensure defined KPI's and permanent controls are implemented to ensure targets are achieved.Team Responsibilities: The Portfolio Administration team are responsible for a number of Operational activities including:
Cash, Stock and Nav controls with Custodians and Fund Administrators across different entities.Subscription and Redemption monitoring across portfolios.Supporting the production and dissemination of various client reports.The Client Regulatory Reporting team are a global support team with responsibility for:
The production and support of 70,000+ PRIIPS Key Investor Documents.The production and support of 1,300+ SFDR reports.The production and support of additional MIFID, Solvency 2 and EET regulatory files.The Client Expertise Reporting team are responsible for:
