Head of Project Delivery, Governance & PMO-HybridZurich Insurance Europe are recruiting for a Head of Project Delivery, Governance and PMO. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of Zurich's Business Change Portfolio and maturity development with the goal to achieve project delivery excellence across the organization. They will act as a key enabler and foundation for effective group wide project and portfolio management. Ensuring delivery and governance standards are adhered to across all change delivery within the organisation. Leading the business case development, project mobilisation, project delivery assurance (with a particular focus on project planning, risk identification and mitigation, resourcing, technology delivery, and third-party relationships), and financial budgeting, forecasting, and tracking. 
This role may be based in the Blackrock office or the Wexford office. 
Your RoleAs the Head of Project Delivery, Governance and PMO you will ensure the best support for the organization by building capabilities in project management, through methodology, communities of practice, training, coaching, clear role definition, career paths and make sure the right level of project governance is in place.
You will enable successful delivery of projects or programs by providing guidance, expertise and best practices, and enforce group minimum standards (incl. large project reviews, GHO approvals). Responsibility for increasing maturity in project portfolio management and achieve excellence in managing the group mandated project portfolio through improved processes, data quality and decision making. Provide the best technology to support the planning and execution by understanding key user business requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

 Your Skills & ExperienceAs a Head of Project Delivery, Governance and PMO your skills and qualifications will include: 
At least 7 years experience in the following disciplines:
Project Management & PlanningConcrete demonstration of leading large change programmes with technology and people/organisational change is essentialCandidates demonstrating an open and collaborative style, with a desire for continuous improvement, and creation of an enjoyable and collegiate working environment and a proven track record of success preferential
 Additional InformationPrimary work location may be Dublin or Wexford based but occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations.
