What we offer successful candidates: Competitive hourly rate from €13.50 up to €19.00 (depending on experience) Mileage Fortnightly pay Refer-a-Friend Program – €150.00 per referral Bike-to-work scheme Mentor program Fully sponsored QQI Level 5 & Level 6 courses Career Progression Plan and guidance Roster to suit your work/life balance As a Healthcare Assistant with us, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting with both personal care and practical care tasks e.g., dressing, washing, light household work, meal preparation Providing a high standard of care in compliance with InisCare Policies Ensuring dignity, privacy and independence is maintained and always respected when delivering care To be considered for this position you will have: A kind and compassionate personality Relevant qualification i.e., QQI Level 5 two modules (Preferred not essential) Previous healthcare experience (Preferred but not essential) Fluent English (Essential) Eligibility to work in Ireland (Essential) Living in Dublin (Essential) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: €13.50-€19.00 per hour

Location: Donabate, Portrane, Rush, Lusk, Skerries & Surrounding areas. Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekend availability (preferred) COVID-19 considerations: All Health Care Assistants are required to wear PPE in clients' homes. PPE supplied by InisCare.
