Our client is seeking a Finance Operations Manager to join its growing Swords based Head Office Finance Team (WFH 2 days a week).
In this role, the successful candidate will have a unique and exciting opportunity to work closely with all functional teams within Head Office.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize operational and financial processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
Provide actionable management insights into costs, budgets, and margins.
Investigate and resolve variances between forecasts and actual results, proposing solutions to overcome challenges.
Mentor and lead site teams to deliver operational and supply chain excellence.
Participate in monthly management meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
Deliver ad-hoc reports as required by senior leadership.
