Key Responsibilities: Manage, support, and mentor a team of home support workers within your region Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to clients Coordinate staff schedules and ensure coverage for client needs Conduct regular check-ins with both clients and staff to ensure satisfaction and well-being Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to home support workers Address any concerns or issues raised by staff or clients in a timely and professional manner Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members as needed to ensure comprehensive client care What We Offer: Competitive Salary - up to €30K DOE Fuel Card A dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow your career in the care management field Annual Leave increase with tenure Birthdays Off & More!
