The Company: Mechanical & Electrical engineering consultancy working in both the commercial building services and industrial HVAC/Utilities sector.
Role: We are seeking a suitably qualified engineer to work in the design and delivery of mechanical & electrical projects within the commercial sector.
The successful applicant will be involved in the design, implementation, and management of projects.
Tasks; Complete detailed design calculations Preparation of design and tender documentation.
Coordinate with utility providers.
Progress projects from initial concept, through tender, construction and handover.
Resolve project issues and queries.
Represent the company at design meetings.
Requirements: The successful applicant shall have: Degree qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
2+ years postgraduate experience is desirable.
Experience of Revit/BIM desirable.
Ability to work autonomously and with confidence.
Membership of a recognised engineering body is desirable.
