The Role:Front Office Supervisor Reporting to: Front Office Manager Key Responsibilities: To assist the Hotel Manager, Rooms with efficiently and effectively control the departmental operation To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office line with the departmental SOP manual To ensure all departmental staff are able to carry out their duties to the standards as laid down in the standard of performance manual To carry out all Front Office duties to the standards as laid out in the department SOP manual Ensure that the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, appearance, body language and conduct of employees is maintained by all employees in department To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel To ensure all guest profiles are updated and maintained in line with the hotels GDPR policy To check in and check out guests to the agreed standard as laid down in the departmental game plan manual To answer and transfer calls to the agreed standard To pass on any relevant information to other departments e.g.
restaurant, accommodation and management To ensure all guests register to the agreed standard The right candidate: At least 1-2 experience in front office.
The successful candidate is someone who's looking to advance in their career and has great attention to detail, exceptional time management, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
Experienced with Opera system.
Experience in hotels is desired.
