Job Title: HR Administrator (6-Month Temporary Contract) Location: Hybrid (Initial in-office training, then hybrid) Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (ASAP - March/April) Job Overview: We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated HR Administrator for a 6-month temporary position.
This role will support HR functions such as drafting employee contracts, organizing files, and assisting with recruitment-related tasks.
The position offers flexible remote work after initial in-office training.
Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Draft and issue employee contracts, salary letters, and other documentation for the annual review process.
File Organization: Tidy up employee files by renaming, relocating them into relevant sub-folders, and logging data on spreadsheets for auditing purposes.
Ad Hoc HR Support: Assist with tasks such as arranging medicals and other HR duties as needed.
Candidate Screening & Interviews: Organize candidate screening and hiring manager interviews.
CV Review: Review CVs to manage obviously unsuitable candidates and streamline the recruitment process.
Qualifications & Skills: HR or recruitment experience, especially in a technical environment, is preferred but not essential.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated while working remotely.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Additional Information: Temporary contract from ASAP to March/April 2024.
Initial in-office training required for a few days.
Flexible remote work available after training.
