Job Summary: Are you passionate about people and ready to grow your HR career? We're looking for an energetic HR Administrator to join our People team. You'll report to the Head of People Experience and play a key role in supporting our people and creating a positive work environment.

What will you be doing? Act as the main point of contact for employees, addressing HR related inquiries with empathy and professionalism Maintain employee records in our HR system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Regularly update for new hires, departures, promotions, statutory leaves, and other changes, and create or amend HR documents, including employment contracts Support employee onboarding process Administer employment permits and right-to-work applications Contribute and assist with various projects, such as diversity and wellbeing initiatives, and employee surveys Provide administrative support by preparing reports, compiling data, and presenting insights to the team Collaborate with the People team to develop and update HR procedures. Process People team invoices and purchase orders How will you stand out from the crowd? That's easy. It's because you have:

2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment. Experience with large or multi-location teams is a bonus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Experience administering employment permits and right-to-work applications. Organised and able to manage multiple priorities with ease. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience collating data and reporting, with an eye for detail. Proactive approach, flexible, and excited to take on new challenges. Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.
