Hr Administrator

We are seeking a motivated HR Graduate or Administrator to collaborate with clients in creating and reviewing customised employment and HR documentation.
The successful candidate will provide accurate, commercially focused advice on all aspects of HR and employment law.
Location: ONSITE, Dublin 3 Key Responsibilities: Review and update clients' HR and employment documents to ensure compliance with current legislation.Liaise with clients via video conference, telephone, and in-person to deliver professional-quality documentation and resolve HR-related queries.Manage workload and appointments proactively, adhering to company protocols.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.Provide HR and employment law training to client and non-client groups.Support other departments, particularly HR Advisory, when needed.Contribute to a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and expertise.Produce regular reports and undertake bespoke projects as required by management.Key Skills & Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.1+ years' experience in a HR role, with the application of Irish Employment Law.Exceptional communication and client interaction skills.Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Proficiency in written English and word processing.Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to challenges.If this sounds like you – We'd love to hear from you.
