Job Description In a nutshell If you have a passion for HR and are familiar with Irish Employment Law and Best Practices, then this is the role for you.
Eurofins are seeking an HR Administrator to join our HR team in Eurofins Group Service Centre in Dublin 18.
The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Business Partner and will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, such as answering employee queries, working with teams across the office and company, reviewing and updating policies and procedures, maintaining employee records and administering leave requests.
The goal is to ensure that the HR team will run smoothly and effective to deliver maximum value to our employees and the Company as a whole.
Where will you be based and what business will you support?
You will be based in Dublin, and support our Office Cost Management business unit, as you report to the Human Resources Business Partner.
How can you help us?
  Serve as the initial point of contact for employee queries, escalating issues to the HR Business Partner as needed.
Maintain employee files in both hard and digital copies, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Manage employee leave requests and related documentation, coordinating approvals and tracking.
Participate in HR and office events and initiatives, assisting with the planning and organization of these events.
Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, with the goal of taking ownership and managing reporting in the future.
Assist in the Annual Review Process by gathering review documents and ensuring files are maintained to a high standard.
Stay informed about policy changes, assisting the HR Business Partner in maintaining and updating the Employee Handbook.
Collaborate closely with office teams and the National Service Centre to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and cross-team processes.
Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to prepare for on-site interviews, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
Organize meetings and take notes as required, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
Perform ad hoc duties as they arise, providing flexible support to the HR team.
  Qualifications Are you our kind of extraordinary?
Experience: Ideally, you have intern experience or 1-2 years of relevant work experience (intership included).  Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant business field.
CIPD Certification is not required but would be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English , both verbal and written.
Proficiency in a second European language is an advantage.
You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and third parties.
Exhibit excellent customer service skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively balance workloads.
Attention to detail and diligence in all tasks is crucial.
You understand the importance of discretion and have strong record-keeping skills.
Ability to work i ndependently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
Practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and tasks.
