Job Title: HR Advisor Salary: €33K, Benefits + flexible working hours Location: Sandyford, Co Dublin Role As an HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Line Managers and employees, providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
You will help develop and implement HR initiatives, oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and ensure HR compliance with Irish employment law.
Provide HR support to Line Managers, assisting with employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
Advise on HR policies and practices, ensuring Line Managers understand and implement them effectively.
Manage the recruitment process, including screening candidates, conducting reference checks, and coordinating interviews.
Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fair processes.
Lead the enhancement of the HR module within our Time & Attendance system, supporting managers with the systems implementation and use.
Handle employee queries, escalating issues to Directors when necessary.
Collaborate with Directors and the HR Consultant on legislative updates and ensure compliance across the business.
Coordinate Health & Safety initiatives impacting HR and ensure employee welfare.
Review and optimise our Performance Management System and bonus structure.
Assist with onboarding new hires and educate employees on HR policies and procedures.
Manage and distribute staff uniforms.
Identify HR risks, raise awareness and suggest improvements to Line Managers and Directors.
Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent HR experience.
Strong working knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Experience with HR systems and Time & Attendance management.
Proven ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
