What you'll doThe HR Advisor role partners with client groups in the Docusign organization by providing local HR support in alignment to HR Business Partners, employees and business leaders. This role is critical to our ability to successfully support a high-growth organization by enabling efficiency across the HR organization. Additionally, this role will help lead improvements in processes and design across our shared services team to continue to optimize our team.Responsibilities: Advise employees and managers on HR process and policy questionsPlay a critical role in all site wide employee engagement initiativesAssist our Employee Relations team with managing performance and administrative duties pertaining to grievances, investigations etcAssist with our local ERGs and other DEI initiatives as requiredPlay a leading role in our Corporate Social Responsibility efforts across the region, partnering with employee volunteers and CSR team in the USManage Compensation changes for the team, serving as the subject matter expert on Comp Master tool, running Comp Calcs, Promo Calcs, Relo Calcs. This will require the individual to work closely with our Compensation and Benefits teamManage reporting and analytics including: Monthly Operations scorecard preparation, quarterly compensation reporting, Talent Development Program attendance reporting and monitoring, Diversity reporting using Visier and Ad hoc reports as neededJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
