Hr Advisor

Our professional services client has an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor, for a 23 month contract, in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR Advice and recruitment support for all employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDAct as the first point of contact for employee queries.Administer and improve existing HR processes and procedures.Provide support for the employee lifecycle from induction to exit interviews.Manage all leave administration.Manage HR data providing insights for decision making and generate relevant reports.Draft confidential documentation.Support payroll administration and amendments.Support end-to-end recruitment administration.Involvement in people strategy projects as required.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED2+ years HR administration experience.3rd level HR or Business-related qualification, or currently studying for the same.Excellent communication skills.Experience of Microsoft Office - Excel/Word/PowerPoint.For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth – ****** or +353(0)16146027.
