Our Client is a Professional Services Firm located in a convenient location in Dublin 2. They currently have a vacancy for a HR Assistant for a 15-month FTC. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, this is a busy and varied role with great autonomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of employee benefits and HR processes.

The Role: Trainees – Act as main point of contact for all Trainee queries; provide support in relation to all Trainee registration with the Law Society, to include managing the Indenture process.Manage the leave activity within the firm to include annual leave, family leave and sick leave.Maintain all employee data on their HR system, for both new and existing employees.Compensation & Benefit Programmes – Manage the employee benefits programmes eg. Pension, Permanent Health Insurance & Life Assurance, Health Insurance, Wellness Programme, Education Sponsorship Scheme, Travel Scheme, Bike to Work and other schemes as approved by the Firm.HR Reports– Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.Support HR Projects and new initiatives being introduced into the firm.Other Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as required.The Candidate: Degree in HR or relevant discipline.Minimum of 2-3 years relevant human resource experience.Ability to manage their areas of responsibility in a proactive and professional manner.Ability to work autonomously, using their initiative.Excellent attention to detail.Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to manage a wide range of projects and activities simultaneously.Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.Strong computing skills with proficiency in MS Office.
