Hr Business Partner (12 Month Contract)

Our client is a leading media agency based in Dublin city with an expanding portfolio of local and global clients.
Their HR team is looking for a dynamic experienced HR Business Partner who has ideally worked in the communications space for a 12 month maternity cover.
Role Overview As a HR Business Partner you will be working along side the local and global teams to implement, manager and support in the following functions; - Talent Management - Payroll and administrative duties - HR Strategy and Project Management - HR Governance, Policy and Legislation The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have 5+ years relevant generalist experience in HR and end to end management of process.
You will have a detailed understanding of employment law.
You are a process and data led individual who has experience managing multi stakeholders.
You have worked in change management projects and have payroll experience.
A working experience with Workday platform and an interest in DEI and wellness is a bonus.
