We are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to work alongside both the Dublin and Luxembourg Senior Human Resources Managers for a 12 months fixed term contract. This is an exciting time to join the team as you will have the opportunity to work on unique and challenging transitioning projects. You will also be responsible for supporting the Sr HR Managers in the execution of initiatives and projects that support both the Dublin and Luxembourg office and multiple lines of business. You will collaborate with colleagues in our HR Centres of Knowledge to coordinate and oversee a broad range of people processes to underpin our overall talent strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting the Sr HRBP's and management in the effective implementation of the Firm's performance management program, annual compensation cycle, promotion program to ensure decisions support the Firm's talent strategies.Proactively managing Employee Relations issues such as disciplinary actions, grievances, long term sicknesses, etc.Supporting the development of our talents through the effective deployment of the Talent and Development agenda and support proactively interventions as planned.Ensuring regulatory and ad-hoc reporting is delivered accurately and timely.Executing HR strategies with designated client groups in support of line of business & office goals.Enhancing department and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for ensuring effective HR delivery, through ongoing engagement with HR colleagues in specialist groups (Employee relations, HR Direct, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Benefits).Providing local advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.Developing human resources solutions by collecting and analysing information; recommending courses of action.Ensuring compliance with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.Participate in various engagement initiatives across the Dublin and Luxembourg office to support the Health & Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion programmes.Assist with special projects and presentations both locally and globally.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience;A minimum of 5 years relevant Human Resources experienceAdvanced MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
