As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team.
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with local teams and leadership in the UK and Ireland while being an integral part of the global HR team. You will provide strategic HR support to our portfolio of regulated financial institutions, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, supporting organisational development, and driving HR initiatives and enhancing our employer branding strategy to attract and retain top talent.
What you'll do: Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and department heads in the UK and Ireland. Provide proactive guidance on HR matters, including talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development. Contribute to the development and implementation of international HR strategy, considering local market nuances.Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment regulations, especially in the context of regulated financial institutions.Talent Acquisition & Management: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment processes and talent pipelines for the financial institutions' portfolio. Lead efforts in succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development team on initiatives that support our people development strategy.HR Policy & Process Implementation: Partner with the global HR team to roll out and localise HR policies, processes, and initiatives, ensuring relevance and compliance with local legislation while aligning with global standards. Actively support the design, communication, and execution of global integrated HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and workforce planning.Change Management & Organisational Development: Support change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Lead efforts to improve organisational effectiveness, team cohesion, and leadership development within the portfolio.Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Drive initiatives that promote a positive work environment and employee wellbeing. Support local teams with employee engagement strategies and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation, benefits, and other HR-related strategies, particularly for financial institutions in the UK and Ireland, but not only.Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (EVP): Work with leadership and the global HR team to continuously refine and promote the company's EVP. Support local employer branding initiatives through social media, events, and partnerships, ensuring alignment with global strategy and enhancing our presence in the UK and Ireland.Data & Reporting: Utilise HR metrics and analytics to provide insights to leadership and the global HR team. Prepare and deliver regular reports on HR activities, compliance, and workforce trends in the UK and Ireland.
