Position Summary: The HR Business Partner, TD Global Finance (TDGF) is responsible for providing support to the HR Director and TD business leaders in Ireland to assist them in achieving their business goals through our people strategy.
Specific Responsibilities: Build effective relationships with managers, employees, executives, colleagues, and external networks to obtain diverse perspectives and deliver strong results.Provide guidance and coaching to employees/managers on the full HR life cycle: employee relations issues, career and talent planning, mentoring, compensation, talent acquisition, learning.Partner/Coach managers at all levels of the business in Ireland, assisting with people-related opportunities and challenges while ensuring fairness, equity, and consistency.Support the HR Director, TDGF to drive strategy, plan, and execute HR initiatives and projects, focusing on talent, engagement, succession planning, diversity, and development.Take a leading role in Employee Relations in both Ireland and UK geographies.In consultation with the HR Director, TDGF, and in partnership with Global HR CoE and Operational teams, support the design and delivery of HR programs, projects, or initiatives.Deliver all key cyclical HR activities in the region; Pay, Performance Management, Talent Review, Employee Survey, Learning Plan.Take a leading role in workforce planning and resource management for Ireland.Act as a liaison between employees and business teams and champion best practices tailored for the applicable geography.Participate in Region-wide business/regulatory initiatives and projects, acting as the HR SME.Risk Management Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying and reporting Operational Risk Events in accordance with policy.Contribute positively to TDGF's reputation and the management of Reputational Risk.Responsible for good conduct and for contributing to the identification and management of Conduct Risk within their team and function.Regulatory Requirements: You must observe proper standards of market conduct and comply with all regulatory requirements from all regulatory bodies applicable to your business.
