Hr Business Partner

Cpl HR recruitment are looking to partner with a large public sector client in recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work within a broad HR team in North Dublin.
Supporting all elements of HR, you will provide strategic advice, offer operational day-to-day support, and have the opportunity to support the people direction for the organisation.
Role and ResponsibilitiesSupport with implementing the people strategies across the organisationDrive the people-first approachProvide senior leadership with solid HR advice and guidanceWork closely with the TA team on people planning and resourcing to ensure top talent is attracted to the organisationEnsure all ER issues are managed to prevent escalations and foster a positive cultureSkills and Experience RequiredDegree in HR or similar is desirable, with CIPD would be idealExperience working in a large HR teamWorking Irish employment law experience is essentialHR Business Partnering experience is essentialHave the ability to work independently with strong decision-making skillsIf you are looking for a new role where you can bring your experience and gain more in a dynamic environment, send your CV to ****** to find out more.
