HR Business Partner Our client, a high-profile, fast growing & major employer in Co. Clare, is expanding their HR team and has engaged with us in Cpl to find suitably qualified candidates for this new permanent role, HR Business Partner. This position is an ideal opportunity for a qualified & experienced HR professional to take the next step in their career.
The Job: This newly created role has arisen due to significant expansion in business operations. The successful candidate will be a key part of the HR team and report directly to the Group HR Manager.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a range of HR duties including:
Design & delivery of new/strategic HR projects & processes.Supporting departmental managers with their HR needs.External recruitment and internal talent management.Providing oversight on ER/IR engagements.Assisting with the running of the L&D function.Compensation & benefits administration.Delivering new employee wellbeing focused initiatives.Your Skills/Experience: 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a relevant discipline.3-4+ years' relevant HR experience, ideally in a HR Generalist or BP role.Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on HR projects.Full driving license & own car due to occasional travel to other company offices.The Offer: Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to be approx. 50-55k + pension & other benefits, along with strong career growth prospects.
This role is 4 days office-based in Co. Clare with 1 day working from home/remote possible.
Candidates without the relevant work permit/visa to live & work in Ireland permanently will not be considered.
