Hr Business Partner (Urgent Start)

We are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner (Urgent Start) on behalf of a Business Services organisation.
HR Business Partner (Urgent Start) Hybrid role - Dublin South based.

Responsibilities: Manage general employee life cycle from recruitment to off boarding.Support on HR Administration and use of HRIS.Update policies and procedures where necessary.Work alongside international colleagues on projects.Support on strategy initiatives and assist in creation.Liaise with senior stakeholders and managers.Manage employee relations and performance management matters.Requirements: 6 years+ experience within a similar role, in a hands on, fast paced environment, preferably within a corporate environment.Qualification or equivalent in HR.Keen knowledge of employee life cycle, ER and international projects would be hugely beneficial.Strong communication and organisation skills, with a self motivated mindset.
