Where you come in:
Act as workstream lead to support the implementation of a new Time and Attendance solution: documenting HR requirements, supporting the configuration, and implementation.
Collaborate with COEs to develop and establish HR SOPs for Athenry site.
Support the ramp-up of the Athenry site for all HR-related topics in support of business requirements.
Provide guidance and counsel to supervisors and leaders for all HR processes and procedures, including performance management, talent management, compensation planning, talent development, and career development.
Collect/analyze human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement.
Handle complex employee relations matters and act as a coach/consultant to employees, supervisors, and managers.
Enhance the HR department's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to objectives and output.
What makes you successful:
You have previous experience in HR supporting large MNCs or Medical Devices.
Your previous experience with Workday is preferred.
You bring a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
Your proficiency in handling complex employee relations matters.
You possess strong analytical skills to collect and analyze HR data.
You demonstrate excellent communication and coaching abilities.
You are self-motivated, high-energy, and hands-on in your approach.
You are adept at managing HR projects and providing ongoing HR support.
